TURBOMARE WORKSHOP
Based in a fully equipped repair plant close to the port of Piraeus and all the major shipyards and terminals nearby, our workshop is adequately equipped with the essential machinery to inspect and repair any turbocharger part. TURBOMARE’s in-house services include a wide range of activities such as turbocharger overhauling and inspection, re-blading of rotors, dynamic balancing, retro-fit and ultrasonic inspection. In addition, an impressive stock of spare parts of various types of turbochargers is safely stored and preserved in our workshop in order to meet the routine or urgent demands of our clients, providing ex-stock delivery terms. The management of the spare parts and repairs follows the strict standards of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance and the Bureau Veritas Certification.
TURBOMARE WAREHOUSE
Part of TURBOMARE’s selling strategy is keeping a large inventory of turbocharger spare parts of all types (ABB, MAN, MITSUBISHI MET, PBS, KBB, NAPIER, HOLSET and IHI) in our 4.000 sqm warehouse in Magoula, Attica. Buying spare parts in bulk and in advance, we manage to offer competitive prices and supreme delivery terms to our clients because of purchasing economies of scale. Furthermore, we use only first-class suppliers whose products have been tested for many years in working conditions. We are willing to offer discounts only in the prices but not in the quality of our merchandise.
Our technicians combine full knowledge of the specifications of the manufacturer and many years’ working experience on a 24/7 availability basis. Consistent with the high standards of the company, a technician of TURBOMARE will never compromise the safety of the vessel nor the quality of the turbocharger unit. For every onboard repair operation, a special report with findings and recommendations is sent to the company supported by photos.
